Abstract:Tigawaja fish (Nibea sp.) is a demersal fish that is commonly found in Indonesian waters. Tigawaja fish is a white-fleshed fish that contains about 18% protein, 0.03% total fat, vitamin A, niacin, calcium, and sodium.
