Left Ventricular Outflow Tract Obstruction Due to Anomalous Attachment of Chordae Tendineae in the Subaortic Region

Abstract: A 72-year-old woman with hypertension, non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and chronic renal impairment was referred for assessment of a cardiac murmur.
