“…(e) Effect of growth temperature on the magnetic properties of MBT and MST. The blue and yellow regions represent the results for MBT and MST, respectively. ,,,,,, The data from the literature are shown by the open symbols, and the data obtained in this work are shown by the solid symbols. The black dashed arrow is the guide for the eye for the growth temperature effect on the magnetism of MST.…”

“…It should be noted that the obtained occupancy values of Mn Mn and Mn Sb are consistent with the reported data in the literature. 23,31,32,34,35 The contents of Mn Mn and Mn Sb are estimated also by fitting the magnetic susceptibility (Figure 3b) in the paramagnetic region using the FIM model (eqs 1 and 2). Based on Curie parameters C A and C B , the values of x and y are calculated as shown in Table S2 and Figure S7.…”

“…In this work, we systematically investigate the magnetic properties of MnBi 4 Te 7 and MnBi 6 Te 10 thin flakes down to 1-SL by employing polar reflective magnetic circular dichroism (RMCD) spectroscopy. We demonstrate that the odd-even-layer oscillation of compensated and uncompensated AFM states, a common effect in ideal Atype AFM materials [12,[30][31][32], vanishes in atomically thin MnBi 4 Te 7 and MnBi 6 Te 10 . In all the measured samples above 1 SL, in addition to the AFM spin-flip transition, a significant FM hysteresis loop centered at zero field is observed.…”

“…As a close relative to MnBi 2 Te 4 /(Bi 2 Te 3 ) n family, MnSb 2 Te 4 /(Sb 2 Te 3 ) n family remains relatively less explored. The Weyl semimetal state and highly tunable magnetic properties are confirmed in MnSb 2 Te 4 . Another highlighted material, MnSb 4 Te 7 , was successfully synthesized by Guo et al, and a huge anomalous Hall conductivity (AHC) was observed in experiments. It is also expected to be an antiferromagnetic topological insulator and an axion insulator simultaneously in its magnetic ground state.…”
