Laterally-excited bulk acoustic wave resonator with an adjustable piezoelectric coupling coefficient

Abstract: This paper reports on a design journey for laterally-excited bulk acoustic wave resonator (XBAR) with adjustable piezoelectric coupling coefficient (K2).
