Laparoscopic ventral mesh rectopexy in the management of solitary rectal ulcer syndrome: a cause for optimism?

Abstract: LVMR appears to provide a sustained improvement in QoL, VAS and patient satisfaction in patients with SRUS. Morbidity, recurrence and safety profiles are low.
