A company that is undergoing a transition period often faces employee work behavior that does not support the achievement of company goals. In this service partner, employees show minimal work behavior, lack of innovation, lack of energy, and lack of initiative. These emerging behaviors illustrate disengagement behavior that affects company performance. This condition makes it difficult for companies to carry out existing business strategies. The company needs a way to increase employee engagement in the process of implementing company strategies that support the achievement of company goals/performance. To overcome these problems, the service team uses the "Employee Engagement Driving Program" as an effort to optimize employee performance. The purpose of this service is to help companies to be able to encourage their employees to have high engagement, so as to improve company performance. There are three methods in this program, namely, engagement training, group coaching, and individual counseling. This service is attended by supervisors who will encourage their team to be more engaged at work and in the company. The result of this program is the supervisor's ability to create goals and action plans to advance his team and correlate with the work behavior shown. Outputs in the service are articles in the mass media, video highlights, and scientific articles.

ABSTRAK Peran dan pengetahuan guru dan orang tua tentang pendidikan seks pada anak usia dini merupakan kunci utama dalam melindungi anak dari kekerasan seksual. Salah satu cara pencegahan kekerasan seksual pada anak usia dini yaitu dengan memberikan pendidikan seks pada guru dan orangtua dengan metode “Aku Mandiri”. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan peran dan pengetahuan guru dan orangtua sebagai upaya pencegahan kekerasan seksual pada anak usia dini dengan metode “Aku Mandiri”. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk promosi kesehatan melalui media leafleat, buku saku dan banner. Pada kegiatan ini dilakukan tahapan pre dan post test sebelum dan setelah dilakukan promosi kesehatan. Dari hasi pre test dan post test yang dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta setelah dilakukan penyuluhan. Persentase pengetahuan orangtua sebelum promosi kesehatan meningkat dari 87,23% menjadi 95,74%, sedangkan persentase pengetahuan guru sebelum promosi kesehatan meningkat dari 86,96% menjadi 100%. Hal ini mengindikasikan promosi kesehatan tentang pencegahan kekerasan seksual dengan metode “Aku Mandiri” sangat baik dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan guru dan orangtua. Kata Kunci: Guru, Orangtua, Metode “Aku Mandiri” ABSTRACT The role and knowlodge of teachers and parents about sex education in early childhood is the main key in protecting children from sexual violence. One way to prevent sexual violence in early childhood by providing sex education to teachers and parents, namely the “ Aku Mandiri”method. The aim of this service is to increase the role and knowledge of teachers and parents as an effort to prevent sexual violence in early childhood using the “ Aku Mandiri” method. This activity is carried out in the form of helath promotion through leaflets, pocket booksand banners. In this activity, pre and post test stages are carried out. From the results of the pre test and post test carried out, it can be seen that there was an increase in participants’knowledge after the counselling was carried out. The percentage of parental knoledge before health promotion increased from 87,23% to 95,74%, while the percentage of teacher knowledge before health promotion increased from 86,96% to 100%. This indicates that health promotion regarding the prevention of sexual violence using the “Aku Mandiri” method is very good in increasing the knowledge of teachers and parents. This study aims to apply E-assessment and evaluation of the character of student learning independence. E-Assessment and evaluation of student learning independence in this study to see the character of student learning independence in science subjects and how the teacher responds to the development of E-Assessment and evaluation of student learning independence with the MySQL system. This research method uses 3 stages, namely: (1) Development, (2) Implementation, and (3) Evaluation carried out on respondents totaling 529 students and 14 teachers in Jambi Province of Indonesia. The results of this study are the validator gives good results regarding the assessment of e-independence characters in the category given is very feasible and obtained valid statements of 24 statements with a reliability value of 0.870. Indicate that the character of student learning independence in learning is classified as good 65.8% (348 students of 529 students) and teacher responses are classified as good with 57% (8 teachers of 14 teachers). So it was concluded that the E-Assessment received a good response and needed to be developed on a large scale.
