Klimaschutzelemente der Bauleitplanung

Abstract: Der Beitrag thematisiert den Rechtsrahmen für ein Konzept klimaschützender Stadterneuerung durch die Bauleitplanung. Dazu wird systematisch der planungsrechtliche status quo für Klimaschutzmaßnahmen durch die Bauleitplanung vorgestellt.
