Abstract: The kinematic characteristics of suspension play an important role in the performance of steering and turning. In this paper, a virtual prototype model of the vehicle's double wishbone suspension is established in ADAMS. A comparison between the results of simulation and the results of kinematics and compliance (K&C) test shows that the new model meets the requirement of accuracy.
