Kemampuan Antibakteri Metabolit Sekunder Bakteri Endofit Tanaman Purwoceng terhadap Escherechia coli

Abstract: Kajian tentang senyawa antibakteri yang dihasilkan oleh bakteri endofit mulai bermunculan untuk mengatasi meningkatnya bakteri resisten obat seperti Escherechia coli. Bakteri endofit (GP14, GP2 dan DG1) yang diisolasi dari purwoceng (Pimpinella pruatjan Molkend) telah diketahui memiliki potensin dalam mencegah pertumbuhan bakteri patogen.
