Job satisfaction and dissatisfaction among family health strategy professionals in a small city of Southern Brazil

Abstract: Objective: to identify aspects that generate satisfaction and dissatisfaction among Family Health Strategy professionals working in the city of Cocal do Sul, SC. Methods: a qualitative study, conducted with 15 health professionals of three Family Health Strategy agencies. Data analysis was performed based on content analysis, supported by Atlas.ti software.
