The level of business competition of an organization at this time is increasingly high. This is caused by economic factors and the presence of new competitors. Many organizations do not have the ability to deal with these conditions. Management of innovation and improvement that is limited by time, cost and quality are referred to as project management. Many methods, techniques, and tools have been developed, covering all aspects of project management from start to finish. If project management practices are implemented correctly, it allows for increased efficiency and productivity. In this study, how project management is implemented by evaluating the use of project management tools and effectiveness in supporting projects that run in the organization of PT. XYZ. This is done by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents involved in the project that was carried out in 2018 to the present. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and inferencing using SPSS used to determine the use of tools and project management techniques. Results in this study project management tools and techniques most often used by PT XYZ are progress reports, activity lists, and project charter. From the position positional factors and managed project costs factors are have significant value that affects the use of project management tools and techniques at PT XYZ in Indonesia.

Research has extensively demonstrated that healthcare industry has rapidly implemented and adopted information technology in recent years. Research in health information technology (HIT), which represents a major component of the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences, demonstrates similar findings. In this paper, review the literature to better understand the work on HIT that researchers have conducted in HICSS from 2008 to 2017. In doing so, we identify themes, methods, technology types, research populations, context, and emerged research gaps from the reviewed literature. With much change and development in the HIT field and varying levels of adoption, this review uncovers, catalogs, and analyzes the research in HIT at HICSS in this ten-year period and provides future directions for research in the field.

The healthcare industry is a critical and growing part of economies worldwide. To provide better quality of care, and value for money, billions of dollars are being spent on bettering information systems in healthcare organizations. Strategic Information System Planning (SISP) is instrumental in making informed decisions to achieve the health organizations' goals and objectives. This paper undertakes a systematic review to gain insight into existing studies on SISP in healthcare organizations. Our systematic review of papers on SISP from 1985 to 2011 examines the background and trend of research into SISP in the healthcare industry, classification of topics in SISP, as well as sets of tools and guidelines to aid practitioners and the research community alike.
