Although Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting (FACS) method has been able to isolate specific cells of brain and Schwann cells of the peripheral nervous system ( Rubio et al, 2016 ; Germany et al, 2019 ; Tomlinson et al, 2020 ), it takes one whole day to dissociate the tissue and isolate cells by FACS ( Rubio et al, 2016 ).
