Abstract:Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) evolves due to genomic instability, dysregulated signalling pathway and overproduction of inflammatory markers. Reactive oxygen species contribute to the inflammatory response, which causes gene damage, cellular remodelling and fibrosis.
