Purpose of current study is to examine psychological resilience levels and career barriers of university students, who continue their education online due to the Covid-19 pandemics. The research was carried out by using the correlational survey model of research type. Participants of the research include 461 university students, 288 women and 173 men, who continue their education online in the 2020-2021 academic year under the influence of the Covid-19 pandemics period. "Career Barriers Scale" and "Adult Resilience Scale" were used as data collection tools in the research. It was found that the career barrier levels of university students were positively related to their psychological resilience levels and to the self-perception, future perception, structural style, and social resources sub-dimensions of the psychological resilience. In addition, it was determined that psychological resilience is negatively correlated with family harmony sub-dimension. Moreover, psychological resilience level and career barriers of university students did not show significant difference according to gender and grade level variables.

The present study aimed at identifying the degree of procedures' availability to identify the career path for 10 th Grade female students at Basic Stage in public Jordanian schools according to System Theory Framework of Career Development from principals, teachers, and educational counsellors' point of view. It also aimed at identifying whether there were any significant differences at (a=0.05) in the need for procedures to identify the career path for 10 th grade female students at Basic Stage in public Jordanian schools from principals, teachers, and educational counsellors' point of view which can be attributed to region, qualification or position. The study community consisted of (437) principals, teachers and educational counsellors who were working in females' Basic Stage public schools. The schools were from three governorates that represented the three main regions in Jordan (Northern, Central and Southern). The questionnaire consisted of (5) dimensions and (56) statements. It was found that the degree of procedures' availability to identify the career path for 10 th Grade female students at Basic Stage in public Jordanian schools according to System Theory Framework of Career Development from principals, teachers, and educational counsellors' point of view was moderate, the overall mean was (3.16). This signifies that several measures must be taken by the Ministry of Education in Jordan to develop procedures to identify the career path for 10 th Grade female students at Basic Stage in public Jordanian schools. It was also found that there were significant differences in the means for procedures to identify the career path for 10 th grade female students at Basic Stage in public Jordanian schools from principals, teachers, and educational counsellors' point of view that can be attributed to region and qualifications, whereas, no significant differences in the means that can be attributed to position were found. Based on the results, several recommendations were suggested such as developing a work plan to identify the career path for 10 th grade female students at Basic Stage in public Jordanian schools and conducting more studies on identifying career path targeting other target groups and other variables.

The study examined the relationship between orientation guidance services and course satisfaction among trainees in TVET institutions in Kakamega County, Kenya. Holland’s theory of vocational choice guided the study. A concurrent Triangulation design was adopted. The study targeted 12807 trainees, four registrars, 4 Deputy Principals in charge of academics, and 4 Guidance and Counseling Coordinators from the TVET institutions in Kakamega County. The use of questionnaires and interview schedule collected data. The instruments were piloted among 38 trainees from Kisiwa TTI in neighboring Bungoma County of Kenya. The study established a significant positive correlation between orientation services (r=.473; p=.000) and course satisfaction among TVET trainees. Orientation services accounted for 22.1% of the variation in the level of course satisfaction. Based on the findings, it was recommended that the Administrators of TVET institutions ensure the implementation of TVET academic policy in the institutions to enhance the adequate provision of academic services.
