Abstract: Glucocorticoid-remediable aldosteronism (GRA) is an autosomal dominant disorder in which the increase in aldosterone secretion produced by Adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) is no longer transient. Here we present a case of a 32-year-old man with GRA who was found to have an intracranial aneurysm following screening.
