These findings also support the value of neurophysiological research evaluating how mind–body exercises like TC impact cognitive–motor interactions and confirm previous findings, which suggest that TC reduces the risk of falls in older adults (Wolf et al, 1996 ; Gillespie et al, 2012 ). Future adequately powered studies are required to confirm these preliminary findings.…”
