Insatisfação No Trabalho De Profissionais Da Saúde Na Estratégia Saúde Da Família

Abstract: RESUMO Objetivo: analisar aspectos do processo de trabalho geradores de insatisfação nos profissionais que atuam na Estratégia Saúde da Família. Método: estudo com abordagem qualitativa, realizado nas cinco regiões geográficas do Brasil, com 27 Equipes de Saúde da Família, lotadas em 11 Unidades Básicas de Saúde, totalizando 76 participantes.
