Initial Parathyroid Surgery in 606 Patients with Renal Hyperparathyroidism

Abstract: Total parathyroidectomy with or without autotransplantation is a feasible and safe surgical procedure for patients on permanent dialysis with otherwise uncontrollable rHPT.
