Influência da sazonalidade e do ciclo circadiano no rendimento e composição química dos óleos essenciais de Croton spp. da Caatinga

Abstract: RESUMO -O gênero Croton L., pertence à família Euphorbiaceae presente no bioma Caatinga do Nordeste brasileiro. O ciclo circadian… Show more

“…However, BATISTA et al which is likely due to the composition of EOLA-C being different to that of the EOLA-C used in the current study (42 vs. 55.28% citral). Chemical composition of essential oils can change according to season, location, type of cultivation, and circadian cycle (CASTRO et al, 2002, RIBEIRO et al, 2018. Interestingly, the hybrid tambacu (Piaractus mesopotamicus males × tambaqui females) only reached deep anesthesia with EOLA-L (47.66% linalool) at a concentration of 75 µL/L in approximately 5.5 min, however time to induce deep anesthesia was a little longer than 1 min at 200 µL/L (SENA et al, 2016).…”

“…A sazonalidade, ritmo circadiano e fatores ambientais como incidência solar, pluviosidade e localização podem influenciar no rendimento e composição química dos óleos essenciais, visto que estes são metabólitos secundários produzidos pelas plantas (RAPOSO et al, 2018;RIBEIRO et al, 2018;GOBBO-NETO & LOPES, 2007 1044 (E)-β-Ocimeno 1,1 ± 0,3 0,7 ± 0,1 0,5 ± 0,4 0,6 ± 0,1 1,5 ± 0,0 1,3 ± 0,1 1,3 ± 0,2 1,4 ± 0,2 1335 δ-Elemeno 1,4 ± 0,1 1,9 ± 0,3 1,9 ± 0,1 2,1 ± 0,2 3,0 ± 0,1 3,1± 0,2 3,1 ± 0,0 2,6 ± 0,3 1389 β-Elemeno 2,7 ±0,3 3,5 ± 0,4 3,7 ± 0,1 3,8 ± 0,2 4,4 ± 0,1 4,5 ± 0,1 4,7 ± 0,1 4,1 ± 0,4 1177 (E)-Cariofileno 3,6 ± 0,4 5,4 ± 0,6 5,8 ± 0,2 6,0 ± 0,2 5,5 ± 0,2 6,3 ± 0,2 6,4 ± 0,1 6,0 ± 0,2 1434 γ-Elemeno 7,4 ± 0,5 9,7 ± 0,7 10,6 ± 0,4…”

“…It is worth mentioning that the composition of essential oils may vary according to the location and time of collection, plant age, used substrates, fertilization etc. These requirements may increase or decrease the metabolites present in plants (Pina et al, 2018;Ribeiro et al, 2018).…”
