Influence of transition readiness from paediatric to adult health care on quality of life in child–parent dyads with long‐term conditions

Abstract: Aim To delineate the impact of perspective of children's transition readiness from paediatric to adult health care on quality of life in child–parent dyads with long‐term conditions.
