Abstract:The mechanisms of electron transport and back-reaction in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCSs) are investigated by intensity-modulated photocurrent spectroscopy (IMPS) and intensity-modulated photovoltage spectroscopy (IMVS). The DSCSs with and without TiCl4-treated nanoporous TiO2 films are measured by IMPS/IMVS. The results indicate that the electron lifetime (n), the diffusion coefficient (Dn), the diffusion length (Ln), the incident photon to current efficiency (IPCE) and the photoinduced charge (Qoc) increa… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
