Abstract: The electromagnetic wave reflection from the surface of a semiconductor with a superlattice in a heating electric field is studied. The superlattice is formed by the periodic distribution of the electron density. Frequency dependences of the reflection and attenuation coefficients in the vicinity of the Bragg resonance are calculated, taking into account electron interaction with lattice vibrations. These dependences are shown to have maxima at the resonance frequency WR.
