Work Environment, Remuneration and Accounting Lecturers’ Performance in Polytechnics in North West, Nigeria

“…The study infers that REMUN is a significant factor in determining the ALPER of the polytechnics in the North West, Nigeria during the period covered by the study (2022). The finding is in line with the findings of ArunKumar, (2014), Osibanjo et al (2014), Mensah and Tawiah (2015), Babagana and Dungus, (2015), Ojeleye, (2017), Kiplangat (2017)and contrary to the finding of Yee (2018) which documented positive but insignificant relationship between the REMUN and ALPER.…”
