Abstract: Due to the polymer, octylamine-graft-poly (aspartic) (PASP-g-C 8 ), which acted as acidic triggered molecules, liposomes anchored with PASP-g-C 8 (OPLPs) could be safe and efficient pH sensitive drug carriers and target tumor cells.
