Abstract:A Terapia Transfusional resulta na transfusão de componentes específicos do sangue, dos quais o paciente necessita repor, opondo-se a utilização de sangue total. Este procedimento visa o beneficio de vários pacientes, e a otimização dos estoques dos bancos de sangue. A presença de anticorpos antieritrocitários no soro de pacientes podem ocasionar reações hemolíticas.
