Implementasi E-Filling System sebagai Pusat Penyimpanan Data Perusahaan Medi Groups berbasis Cloud dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Google One

Abstract

Penyimpanan data berbasis digital merupakan suatu infrastruktur yang sangat diperlukan saat ini oleh semua perusahaan. Perubahan sistem ini terjadi akibat adanya perkembangan teknologi digital yang memungkinkan untuk melakukan pengelolaan dan penyimpanan dokumen-dokumen menjadi data elektronik atau paperless. Medi Groups sebagai perusahaan holding company yang bergerak di bidang pengembangan dan penyaluran SDM Pariwisata yang menerapkan E-Filling System. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan E-Filling System berbasis Cloud yang terintegrasi pada semua unit bisnis naungan Medi Groups. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan E-Filling System tersebut merupakan suatu inovasi dan solusi untuk pengelolaan dan penyimpanan data perusahaan yang lebih efektif, aman, dan mudah digunakan. Selain itu sistem yang diterapkan ini mendukung peningkatan efesiensi perusahaan karena sebagai besar data dikelola dan disimpan secara paperless.
