Implantable chemotherapy-loaded silk protein materials for neuroblastoma treatment

Abstract: Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial childhood solid tumor. Treatment of high risk tumors require intense multicycle chemotherapies, resulting in short-and long-term toxicities.
