Impact of spawning season on fillet quality of wild pikeperch (Sander lucioperca)

Abstract: Pikeperch (Sander lucioperca) is a freshwater fish that has become increasingly popular as a food fish. Within this study, the influence of the spawning process on meat quality was investigated.
