Impact of Inclusive Leadership on Innovative Work Behavior: The Role of Creative Self‐Efficacy

Abstract: This study examines the relationship between the relational mode of leadership (i.e., inclusive leadership) and innovative work behavior with the mediating role of creative self-efficacy.
