Abstract: Objectives: To evaluate changes in intra-operative opioid administration following implementation of an ESRP, in relation to historical controls pre-ESRP implementation. Methods: We evaluated perioperative outcomes in patients who underwent open gynaecologic surgery in an ESRP from November 2014 to December 2015.
