Igloo-technique for robotic radical prostatectomy—maximum nerve sparing for very early recovery of continence and sexual function

Abstract: Background: We describe a surgical technique to facilitate very early return of continence and erectile function after robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) for prostate cancer.
