Abstract: The concentrations of cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb), and zinc (Zn) were determined in five (Nettle, Linseed, Pumpkin seed, Sesame, and Chamomile) herbal oil samples, using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP OES) after ultrasonic extraction (UE), wet digestion (WD), and the threephase emulsion method (TPE). The concentrations for Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, and Zn were found to be 0.
