U and V sectors in the Bronzan-Lee model

Abstract: The Lehmann-Symanzik-Zimmermann (LSZ) formalism is used in the Bronzan-Lee model to investigate the scattering processes in the lowest sectors. In this model, there are three heavy recoilless particles U, V, and N interacting with a θ particle. The processes allowed are U⇄Vθ and V⇄Nθ. In U and V sectors of this model all τ functions have been calculated, and relevant scattering and production amplitudes are evaluated. The mass, wavefunction, and vertex function renormalization constants have been found and the… Show more

“…The methods of solution of these integral equations are already well-known [10]. The same technique has been applied to determine the ~-funetions of some lower seetors of the BRONZAr~--LrE model [11]. In a previous paper [12] the LSZ-technique is used to calculate the scattering amplitudes in the VOi-sector of the multi-O LEE model.…”
