Retracted: ENSO‐related modulation of coastal upwelling along the central east coast of India

Abstract: An index of El Niño Southern Oscillation (ENSO) in the Pacific during February through April is shown to account for a significant part of the variability of coastal sea surface temperature (SST) anomalies measured a few months later within the central east coast of India (CEI).
