Hyponatremia accompanying volatile hypertension caused by baroreflex failure after neck surgery: case report and literature review

Abstract: The syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion (SIADH) is the most common cause of euvolemic hyponatremia, and many disorders have been associated with it.
