In 1978 Schwartz [2]and in 1980 Mold and Jegasothy [3]reported each the case of a man with prostatic adenocarcinoma treated with diethylstilbestrol who developed bilateral hyperkeratosis of their nipples and areolae. A possible endocrinopathy or a history of estrogen therapy was postulated as the cause of their hyperkeratosis.…”
