The importance of intercultural communication is particularly significant in today's globalised world, given the continuous growth of cultural diversity and interactions among cultures at various levels, from personal relationships to global political processes. It is crucial to understand the mechanisms that facilitate or hinder effective intercultural exchange for the development of inclusive, tolerant, and respectful societies. This study analyses the impact of governance structures, digitalisation, and emotions on intercultural communication, using the theoretical framework of the theory of communicative action. The research focuses primarily on the European context. Governance structures and social hierarchies significantly shape conditions for intercultural dialogue, often creating barriers to equal exchange of ideas and hindering the voices of marginalized groups from being heard. Digitalisation provides new opportunities for intercultural exchange. However, it is important to ensure equal access to digital technologies and the development of digital literacy. Emotions have been found to influence intercultural communication strongly. Adequate expression and interpretation of emotions can contribute to greater mutual understanding and empathy among representatives of different cultures. The research findings suggest that it is necessary to integrate various strategies to overcome existing barriers in intercultural communication. These strategies include actively involving marginalized groups in dialogue, developing inclusive digital platforms, and focusing on the development of emotional intelligence. The study's conclusions emphasise the importance of a comprehensive approach to understanding and practically applying the principles of intercultural communication. This approach aims to build open, tolerant, and respectful intercultural relations. The results of this study have practical implications for educational institutions, international organisations, governmental structures, and other stakeholders seeking to promote intercultural interaction at various levels.

Purpose. To develop methodological approaches to the process of informatization of technological security (TS) and to propose a project of step-by-step development of the architecture of information system (IS) of TS, which will contribute to effective integration of digital and mining technologies. To develop a mathematical model for finding the number of sensors required for probabilistic assessment of the concentration gradients of hazardous gases. Methodology. General and special methods of knowledge are used: structural analysis – to establish the structure and tasks of IS of TS; logical generalization – for formation of methodological system of directions of TS information measures; system analysis – to establish synergistic effect of complex implementation of the indicated directions; scientific abstraction – for development of a project for IS architecture derivation; mathematical formalization – for development of mathematical model for estimating gradients of concentration gases and the number of sensors. Findings. A project for the phased development of IS architecture of mining facilities based on the implementation of diffusion principle is developed, which will allow solving a complex of issues: integrated monitoring of danger of gas environment of underground structure for detection of gas traps and permanent determination of concentration gradients of hazardous gases, implementation of intelligent safety loops using analytical resources of technological mining process. A methodological system of directions for diffusion implementation of TS information measures is formed. The use of the method of system analysis made it possible to point out the synergistic effect of the complex implementation of the directions of implementation of TS information measures. Originality. A project for the phased development of the information system architecture of the technological safety of mining enterprises has been developed. A mathematical model has been developed to estimate the concentration gradients of hazardous gases and the number of sensors to ensure the appropriate level of probability of finding a sensor in each cell of the underground mine. Practical value. The methodological approach makes it possible to form an IS that implements a comprehensive approach to ensuring the appropriate level of technological safety of mining facilities.

Purpose. To investigate the peculiarities of organizational and legal provision of information security (IS) in the conditions of martial law (ML). To propose changes to legislative provisions to improve legal regulation in this area. To develop systematic measures to balance the rights and obligations of individuals and legal entities in the field of IS in the conditions of ML. Methodology. The general scientific and special legal methods of cognition are used: hermeneutic method allowed us to substantiate expansion of IS field; content analysis – to determine organizational principles of IS of enterprises in conditions of ML; structural and legal – to propose indicator conditions for legal norms; special-legal – to propose system of local regulatory acts for the legal provision of IS; comparative legal – to propose special legal regime for IS of enterprises. Findings. It is indicated that during the state of war, the IS field of enterprise expands significantly and becomes an element of the national security system. The peculiarities of organizational and legal support and the basic organizational principles of IS of enterprises in the conditions of ML are determined. It is proposed to introduce a special legal regime for implementation of IS of enterprises in conditions of ML and use of the state’s capabilities in this area under specified legal regime. Amendments to the articles of Special Part of Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses are proposed for effective regulatory support of the special legal regime for implementation of IS of enterprises Originality. A legal tool is proposed to limit dissemination of information about a company’s activities – the introduction of local law documents to classify information about the company’s activities during ML into category “with limited access”. Indicator conditions and additions to legislative norms are proposed. Practical value. The developed proposals, indicator conditions and additions to legislative norms will contribute to strengthening the IS of enterprises.
