Abstract: Lignocellulosic sulfate-reducing biochemical reactors (SRBRs) can be implemented as passive treatment for mining-influenced water (MIW) mitigating the potentially deleterious effects of MIW acidic pH, and high concentrations of metal(loid)s and SO 4 2−.
