Abstract:Inoperable malignant tumours of the skull base have poor prognosis. The aim of treatment is commonly to provide a better quality of life with the local control of the disease. This paper presents the case of 2 patients with skull base tumours who were admitted to our clinic and treated with intensity modulated radiotherapy with tomotherapy.
