Heart Team for Left Appendage Occlusion without the Use of Antithrombotic Therapy: The Epicardial Perspective

Abstract: Background: Left atrial appendage occlusion is an increasingly proposed treatment for patients with atrial fibrillation and poor tolerance to anticoagulants. All endovascular devices require antithrombotic therapy.
