Heart Rate Variability At Rest And During Steady State Exercise In Marathon Training Students

Abstract: Female dancers had generally higher estimated VO2max when compared to ACSM classifications for healthy adults. We only had 30 males across our cohorts, warranting inclusion of more males to develop robust norms in male collegiate dancers.
