Grape seed extracts inhibit dentin matrix degradation by MMP-3

Abstract: Since Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) have been suggested to contribute to dentin caries progression, the hypothesis that MMP inhibition would affect the progression of dentin caries is clinically relevant.
