GM2 activator protein inhibits platelet activating factor signaling in rats

Abstract: Platelet activating factor (PAF), an endogenous bioactive phospholipid, has been documented as a pivotal mediator in the inflammatory cascade underlying the pathogenesis of many diseases including necrotizing enterocolitis.
