Abstract:Renal oncocytomas are benign tumors representing 3% to 7% of primary renal neoplasms. Oncocytomas are often asymptomatic, discovered incidentally on routine radiological imaging. We report a giant renal oncocytoma in a 68-year-old male with chronic kidney disease. Patient had right upper quadrant pain and hematoma. The mass was palpable on physical exam.
