Abstract:Liposarcoma is a carcinomatous mesenchymal tumor with various histologic features and is the most common soft tissue sarcoma originating in adipose tissue. Liposarcoma commonly occurs in the lower extremities and retroperitoneum but rarely in the mediastinum, specially extending into the thoracic cavity.
