Giant cell myocarditis causing refractory ventricular tachycardia in a pediatric patient

Abstract: Key Clinical MessageGiant cell myocarditis should be considered in all pediatric patients with refractory ventricular arrhythmia. Endomyocardial biopsy should be obtained to confirm the diagnosis of giant cell myocarditis.
