Abstract: This article addresses the comparative analysis of the efficiency of cattle genotyping based on allelic variants A1 and A2 of the beta-casein gene, employing different methodological approaches. The primary methods employed include AS-PCR (AS-PCR 244 bp and AS-PCR 854 bp) and ACRS-PCR (ACRS-PCR DdeI and ACRS-PCR TaqI).
