Genome-wide SNP detection in Darjeeling tea: unravelling genetic structure, functional impact and trait associations

Abstract: Genotyping by sequencing and identification of functionally relevant nucleotide variations in crop accessions are the key steps to unravel genetic control of desirable traits.
