“…Typhula are pathogen yeast species that affect grass and cereals (Årsvoll & Smith, 1978). T. ishikariensis is a pathogen fungus, which harms grass and winter cereals in snowy regions, especially plants that stay under snow for a long time (Chang, 2015). This fungus is thought to contaminate the carrots that were used in shalgam production during their storage after the harvest under snow and soil prior to their transfer to markets and factories.…”
