Generation and Use of One Ontology for Intelligent Information Retrieval From Electronic Record Histories

Abstract: This paper analyzes the terminology used in the diagnosis, treatment, exploration, and operation descriptions entered by doctors in the electronic healthcare record. From this, expression stability (and the use of a sufficiently limited and controlled language) is shown, which is therefore reasonably valid for a conceptualization process to be employed on it.
